Very helpful and kind personel. The hotel was also clean and easy to navigate. Check in and chek out went smooth, no problems. We liked the location - near a very nice, spacious park that you can use to reach the harbour. The nearby airport and railroad caused no problems because the rooms were sound-proofed well, there was also AC available.

The Personnel was exceptionally friendly and comforting, everyone from housekeeping to reception and breakfast had a smile for us and was in a good mood. We didn't have the time to use the pool but it looked fantastic and rhe while terrace and pool area is just beautiful.

Everything from check in to check out was amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly they booked my transfer to the airport and it cost €17. Transfer arrived on time no issues. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that was on duty the morning we left, but he was so friendly and nice and was working so hard (we left on the morning of the 21st October) I hope he sees this and he deserves a shout out. I would definitely stay again the pool area was relaxing also and bonus there are towels at reception to use for the pool and also nice complementary Portuguese tarts at reception 😍😍😍

The reception staff were extremely helpful. The pool area looks nice and the dining area overlooks the pool. The hotel is clean and comfortable and ideal for a quick transfer to the airport.

Lovely room, staff and breakfast choice. The pool Was so relaxing also. The layer check out at 12 was also perfect for us, we were staying for one night as a stopover, before travelling to Albufeira. As our flight was delayed and stressful for various reasons, staying here overnight was perfect. Only 5 euros in a taxi from the airport and then 5 euros into Faro to explore in the evening. Saw another part of Portugal aswell, so winner all round.

Nice bar area, friendly staff, swimming pool and terrace are lovely but I didn’t use as it was January. Very close to the bus stop for the airport

Free plentiful parking. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Fantastic breakfasts (and available from 04:00 to 12:00). Five mins drive from the airport and walking distance from Faro centre. Whilst not a 'resort' hotel, it has a garden and a pool. Great value for the money.

well maintained inside and out, Great pool area. We enjoyed the walk into town every day and back again .

The welcoming drink and pastries tasted good. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The water pressure of the shower in the room was good. I liked the vibrant music theme of the decor and the pool, which was open 24 hrs. Parking was free. The breakfast was also good.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were more then helpful. It is located abut a 30 minute walk from the city centre, which was a little inconveient, we did the walk daily though. The pool was not heated but that didnt stop us from jumping in, it was clean and well cared for. The hotel breafast was yummy, with lots of options to choose from! There was a mall close by that we explored and ate at as well.
